About me | Analía Celeste Muñiz
Age: 34 | Current Location: Köln, Germany | Nationality: Argentinian – Italian
I’m a freelance performer living in Cologne and working in an Atelier at KunstHaus Rhenania. I´m a member of the Art Association 687 e.V.
Born in Argentina where I did most of my Artistic Career, I started performing in Circus at the age of 18 developing diverse skills: Aerial Acrobatics, Physical Theater, Clown, Fire Shows, Contortions and more. Years later I started a Dance education in Contemporary and Ballet. At the age of 24, I made a professional Yoga Instructor education and became a teacher making a fusion of my personal interests, between Circus, Dance and Yoga. I also got involved in creative and research art projects with small companies from Buenos Aires. Simultaneously, I always worked in Entertainment (shows, events, hotels, and clubs) from different cities in Argentina, and traveled abroad. From 2013 until 2015 I managed and co-directed a Cultural Art Space in Buenos Aires, offering activities and events to the surrounding community.
At the age of 27, I entered University for a Bachelor degree in Arts and Culture Management, which increased my interest in Performance and Visual Arts. I started getting involved in workshops, exhibitions and experimental works. The Bachelor was interrupted in order to continue my professional and life experience in Europe. Since 2016 I have been traveling and living in different cities, focusing on Performing Arts. I took part in different projects and presentations like Installations, Audience-Interactive, Experimental, Conceptual, Story-telling, Technology, etc.
In 2018 I started performing Burlesque, participated in Festivals and performed for events. In 2021 I directed a Performance inspired by Burlesque and researching sensuality and female perspectives.

En el marco del «Festival Fenomens», en La Caldera, el laboratorio fue un workshop de 5 dias, más una Performance de 3hs expuesta en el festival. Desde el movimiento, la acci0n performatica e investigacion de mascaras, indagamos cómo nos interpela hoy la informacion que circula en internet. La libertad, identidad, autoridad, transgresión, y violencia fueron algunos de los ejes conceptuales abordados. video resumen (min. 12.30 y min. 31.47)
This Lab took place in «Fenomens» Festival from La Caldera. A full 5 days Workshop gave result to a 3hours exhibition during the Festival. Movement, Performance Action and Masks Research were explored during the Lab. We questioned the influence of Information we recibe through Internet : Freedom, Identity, Authority, Transgresión, and Violence where some of the concepts taken. video resumen (min. 12.30 y min. 31.47)
«INDUMENTA»

Proyecto creado en la Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE), a cargo de la lic. Karina Maddonni. INDUMENTA cruza el ARTE, la EDUCACIÓN y el DISEÑO, desde una base ética que conecta a todo el equipo de trabajo. En esta edicion, los performers llevaron trajes creados por los estudiantes de diseño, creados a partir del estudio sobre el golpe de estado de 1976, que ha dejado una herida aun abierta en la comunidad argentina por sus aberrantes consecuencias.
Project from UADE (Business University from Argentina), guided by lic. Karina Maddonni. INDUMENTA fusions Art, Education and Design. A strong Ethic base connects all the team work. Every Performer was using outfits created by students, after a full semester dedicated to the Argentinian 1976 Coup, which has left an open wound in the society after the aberrant consequences.
